Stat3 Peptide Inhibitor, Cell-Permeable

Cell-permeable. A peptide-based inhibitor, PY*LKTK-mts (mts = membrane translocating sequence) that selectively inhibits constitutive and ligand-induced activation of Stat3 in vivo. Also suppresses transformation by Src oncoprotein that requires constitutive Stat3 activation.
