H-89 Dihydrochloride

A cell-permeable, ATP-competitive inhibitor of Protein Kinase A (PKA) (IC₅₀ = 50 nM). Also inhibits other kinases, including MSK1 , S6K1 and ROCKII with IC₅₀ values of 120 nM, 80 nM and 270 nM respectively.
