An inhibitor of the Src family of kinases. Inhibits Src and Lck kinase with IC₅₀ values of 36 nM and 31 nM respectively. Also shown to inhibit RIP2( IC₅₀ = 19 nM) and CK1δ (IC₅₀ = 41 nM).
