Jasplakinolide, jaspis johnstoni

A cell- permeable, non-fluorescent F-actin probe. Displays antifungal and antitumor properties. A potent inducer of actin polymerization and stabilization, Jasplakinolide competes with phallotoxins for actin binding (Kd = 15 nM). It also enhances apoptosis induced by IL-2 deprivation.
