GSK-3β Inhibitor, TWS119

A potent inhibitor of GSK-3β (Glycogen synthase kinase-3β) (IC₅₀ = 30 nM). At 400 nM, TWS119 induces neurogenesis in murine embryonic stem cells making it a useful tool to regulate stem cell self-renewal and differentiation.
