A highly potent ATP-noncompetitive MEK inhibitor. It inhibits MEK with an in vitro IC₅₀ of 1-1.3 nM. It does not inhibit other kinases. Highly recommended tool to inhibit MKK1 or MKK1 plus MKK5.
