ss miRNA mimics

BioVision offers miRNA mimics, which are RNA oligonucleotides designed to mimic endogenous mature miRNAs for use in miRNA function research. Each microRNA mimics includes one strand that is identical to a known mature miRNA. The miRNA mimics can be delivered to mammalian cells by chemical transfection or electroporation. BioVision’s miRNA are designed to directly enter the miRNA processing pathway and, after processing, are treated identically to endogenous miRNA within the cell. The researcher can control specific miRNA activity, tightly regulate miRNA cellular levels and achieve optimal delivery efficiency with minimal cytotoxicity. BioVision also provides different lengths and forms of customer-defined miRNA. Additionally, BioVision can also provide the miRNA sequence from Sanger miRNA database based on the customer’s need.
