MCF-7 Nuclear Extract (H2O2)

MCF-7 cells, derived from metastatic breast cancer, are the most extensively used cell line for breast cancer research. This MCF 7 nuclear extract is prepared from MCF-7 cells treated with H2O2. The extract contains a variety of DNA-binding proteins, transcription factors, and other nuclear proteins.
