CD20 / MS4A1 (Human) ELISA Kit
CD20 is an activated-glycosylated phosphoprotein expressed on the surface of all B-cells beginning at the pro-B phase and progressively increasing in concentration until maturity. It enables optimal B-cell immune response, specifically against T-independent antigens. CD20 plays a role in the microenvironmental interactions of B cells. It may also act as a calcium channel in the cell membrane. BioVision’s CD20 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of CD20 in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of CD20 captured from the samples.
