WB: Approx 80-85kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 80kDa according to Mouse NP_032842.2 and 76.2kDa according to Rat NP_113779.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
