ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Not yet tested - our routinely used western blotting protocol does not allow detection of proteins smaller than the calculated size of 13.0kDa according to the precursor NP_006094.3. Therefore we cannot recommend an optimal concentration and the antibody is an aspiring product. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
