Vormatrigine
Vormatrigine is an orally active sodium channel inhibitor with anti-epileptic activity. Vormatrigine has a specific inhibitory effect on overactive NaV channels in vitro and has a good inhibitory effect in the maximal electroconvulsive seizure (MES) model. Vormatrigine can be used to study human focal and generalized epilepsy[1][2].
