ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 67kDa band observed in primary cultured Human Lung fibroblasts lysates after 24 h treatment with 1ng/ml TGF-bl (calculated MW of 51.6kDa according to NP_003122.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Davis FJ et al, Am J Physiol Heart Circ Physiol. 2002 Apr;282 (4) :H1521-33.; PMID: 11893590) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
