(±) -Epibatidine (CMI 545) dihydrochloride have little or no activity at a variety of other central receptors, including opioid receptors, muscarinic receptors, adrenergic receptors, dopamine receptors, serotonin receptors, and gamma-aminobutyric acid receptors[1].
