Elotuzumab
Elotuzumab (HuLuc 63) is an IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the SLAMF7 receptor. Elotuzumab exerts antitumor activity by activating natural killer cells and inducing antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Elotuzumab can be combined with Lenalidomide , Dexamethasone (HY-14648), etc., for the research of tumors such as multiple myeloma[1][2].
