In addition to neurotrophic factor signaling, GFRA2 can also mediate GDNF signaling through the RET tyrosine kinase. GFRA2/GDNFR-alpha-2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived GFRA2/GDNFR-alpha-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
