Fucosyltransferase 7
Fucosyltransferase 7 (FUT7) is a golgi stack membrane protein. Fucosyltransferase 7catalyzes the final fucosylation step in the synthesis of Lewis antigens and generates a unique glycosylated product sialyl Lewis X (sLeX) . Fucosyltransferase 7 catalyzes alpha-1,3 glycosidic linkages involved in the expression of sialyl Lewis X antigens[1].
