Chicken anti Human IgG (Fab)2

Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal Human serum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti-Human IgG (Fab)2-specific fraction was immunoaffinity- purified from a Human IgG (Fab)2 solid phase.

This product is suitable for ELISA and Western blotting. Optimal conjµgate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
