H3R antagonist 1 hydrochloride increases the expression levels of myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) and myeline basic protein (MBP) in differentiating oligodendrocytes. H3R antagonist 1 hydrochloride can be used for the study of multiple sclerosis[1].
