Drotaverine
Drotaverine is a selective phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor with angina relief activity. Drotaverine is used to suppress angina, including pain in the gastrointestinal tract and biliary tract. Drotaverine may also cause compound-induced priapism, a side effect of sustained penile erection[1].
