M6 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody derived by fusion of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with an Escherichia Coli cell-expressed, affinity-purified glutathione S-transferase fusion protein of a C-terminal portion (part of the catalytic domain) of rat DGKa.
