Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to mouse immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE, heavy and light chains. In immunoelectrophoresis and single and double radial immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchter- lony) to identify the presence of immunoglobulins in mouse serum or other body fluids; to prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of mouse immunoglobulins from serum or plasma; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal mouse serum. This antiserum is not intended for use in non-precipitating antibody-binding or other highly sensitive assays. For such use labelled and unlabelled cytochemical and immunoassay grade reagents meeting the necessary additional specificity and performance requirements are available.
