GFP-Human Lung Fibroblasts-Adults

HLFCs-Ad are isolated from normal human lung tissue(adult) samples and GFP-HLFCs-Ad cells are selected by puromycin after infection HLFCs-Ad with lentiviruses expressing GFP and shipped in frozen vial (the cells are provided @ passage 2). Universal Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have an average minimum population doubling levels > 10 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
