Anti-5 Lipoxygenase(5 LO)

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

This Polyclonal antibody is directed against human 5 Lipoxygenase protein. The product was purified from serum by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human 5 Lipoxygenase. Cross-reactivity with 5 Lipoxygenase from other sources has not been determined.

Recommended dilutions WB: 1/1000~4000 Predicted molecular weight: 78 kDa. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
