Ethidium homodimer III
Ethidium Homodimer III was developed by Biotium as an alternative to Ethidium Homodimer I. It has absorption and emission spectra similar to those of Ethidium Homodimer I, but stains DNA 45% brighter. </p> <ul> </p> <li> lamba;<sub>Ex</sub>/ lamba;<sub>Em</sub> (with DNA) = 530/620 nm</li> </p> <li>Red solid soluble in DMSO, MeOH, or H<sub>2</sub>O</li> </p> <li>Store at 4°C and protect from light</li> </p> <li>MW: approx. 1000</li> </p> </ul>
