Fast Plus EvaGreen® qPCR master mix is a ready-to-use hot-start mix for nucleic acid quantitation and melt curve analysis of PCR amplicons. Formulated using our environmentally safe EvaGreen® dye and fast-activating chemically-modified hotstart enzyme, Cheetah trade; Taq.
