CF®405S Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)

This product is prepared by labeling high quality goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF®405S dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF®405S dye has excitation/emission at 404/431 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350, CF®405S, and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
