Coelenterazine I
Coelenterazine i is a synthetic derivative of coelenterazine. The luminescence intensity of its aequorin complex is about 3% that of the aequorin formed from native coelenterazine and the response time to calcium is the slowest of all coelenterazine analogs. <ul><li>Yellow solid soluble in MeOH or EtOH</li><li>Store at -20 deg;C and protect from light</li><li>C<sub>26</sub>H<sub>20</sub>IN<sub>3</sub>O<sub>2</sub></li><li>MW: 533.3</li></ul>
