CD8a (clone SK1) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the human protein CD8. CD8a is a common marker of cytotoxic (Killer) T cells, and is a T cell coreceptor. This R-PE antibody conjugate has been validated in flow cytometry. It is supplied at 5 uL/test, with sufficient antibody for 100 tests.
