Dafsolimab (SPV-T3a) is a Mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody (anti-CD3) . Dafsolimab can induce cell death through modulation and activation of the CD3/T cell receptor complex. Dafsolimab can be used for the research of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) [1].
