BSB
BSB is a Congo red-derived fluorescent probe. BSB binds not only to extracellular amyloid β protein, but also many intracellular lesions composed of abnormal tau and synuclein proteins. BSB acts as a prototype imaging agent for Alzheimer's disease[1].
