Norfenfluramine
Norfenfluramine ((±) -Norfenfluramine) is a major and brain-penetrant metabolite of Fenfluramine. Norfenfluramine can interact with 5-HT transporters to release 5-HT from neurons. Norfenfluramine displays antiepileptic effects in vivo[1][2].
