ISQ-1 hydrochloride is an isoquinolinone (IKur) blocker with potential atrial arrhythmic activity. ISQ-1 exhibits cardiac electrophysiological characteristics similar to another structurally distinct IKur blocker previously reported from our laboratory[1].
