COX-2-IN-43 (Compound MYM4) is a COX-2 inhibitor (IC50: 0.983 and 0.247 μM for COX-1 and COX-2 respectively) . COX-2-IN-43 inhibits cancer cell proliferation and colonization, induces apoptosis[1].
