SHR-A1201 is a HER2-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). SHR-A1201 is composed of a humanized anti-HER2 antibody (HY-P9907), a linker SMCC (HY-42360), and a microtubulin inhibitor payload Mertansine (HY-19792). SHR-A1201 can be used for research in HER2-positive breast cancer[1].
