Pindolol (LB-46) is the antagonist for 5-HT 1A (Ki=33 nM) and 5-HT 1B. Pindolol is the antagonist for β1/β2-adrenergic receptor. Pindolol exhibits anti-anxiety and antidepressant effects[1][2].
