Alpiropride
Alpiropride (RIV-2093) is a metoclopramide (HY-17382) analog that is effective in reducing the gastrointestinal side effects of cancer chemotherapy drugs. In animal studies, alpiropride showed a stronger antiemetic effect than metoclopramide[1].
