TASP0277308 possesses immunomodulatory activities, including lymphopenia, a block in T cell egress from the thymus, marginal zone B cell displacement, and the upregulation of CD69 expression on lymphocytes. TASP0277308 can be used for the research of collagen-induced arthritis in mice[1].
