Nampt activator-4 is a positive allosteric modulator (N-PAM) of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT) with an EC50 of 0.058 μM. Nampt activator-4 can enhance the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) in cells[1].
