PT-65 is a potent and selective GSK3 PROTAC degrader with the highest degradation capacity of GSK3α (DC50= 28.3 nM) and GSK3β (DC50= 34.2 nM) in SH-SY5Y cells. PT-65 can be used in Alzheimer's disease research[1].(Pink: GSK3 inhibitor (HY-15761); Black: linker; Blue: CRBN Ligand (HY-10984))
