Aurora Kinases-IN-4 inhibits cell proliferation in SJSA-1, MDA-MB-231, A54, HeLa cells with IC50s of 4.27, 1.54, 3.08, 6.99 μM. Aurora Kinases-IN-4 can be used for research of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC)[1].
