LC kinetic stabilizer-1 (compound 21) is a potent and selective amyloidogenic immunoglobulin light chain kinetic stabilizer with EC50s of 140 and 74.1 nM for WIL-FL* and WIL-FL* T46L/F49Y, respectively. WIL-FL is an amyloidogenic FL LC dimer[1].
