GSK-LSD1

GSK-LSD1, a chemical probe, is a LSD1 inhibitor. GSK-LSD1 reduces food intake and body weight, and improves insulin sensitivity and glycemic control in mouse models of obesity. GSK-LSD1 also ameliorates NAFLD. GSK-LSD1 inhibits SARS-CoV-2-triggered cytokine release in COVID-19 PBMCs. GSK-LSD1 also inhibits cancer growth and metastasis[1][2][3].
