DSM502 is a pyrrole-based Dihydroorotate Dehydrogenase (DHODH) inhibitor. DSM502 exhibits nanomolar potency againsts Plasmodium DHODH and Plasmodium parasites, with no inhibition of mammalian DHODHs[1].
