Upon binding, this complex forms with phosphorylated LRP6 and Frizzled receptors, activating the canonical Wnt pathway and upregulating target genes. RSPO2/R-spondin-2 Protein, Mouse (Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived RSPO2/R-spondin-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag.
