Ephrin A4 (EFNA4) (APC)

Product Specifications

Gene Name

[EFNA4]

Reactivity

Mouse, Human

Storage Conditions

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Specificity

Recognizes mouse ephrin-A4 protein. Reactivity is confirmed with a chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular domain of human ephrin-A4 and the Fc region of human IgG1. Crossreactivity with human ephrin-A4 is also confirmed with IHC experiments on human tissue sections and this reactivity was expected because of the 80% shared amino acid identity in the extracellular domains.
