Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Recognizes human Cks1 protein at ~11kD. Bands of unknown origin at ~20, 30 and 100kD are also observed. Reactivity: HeLa cell lysates by Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation and with non-small cell lung carcinoma tissue by Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot with purified Cks1 and Cks2 proteins was used to confirm that this antibody does not crossreact with Cks2. Species Sequence Homology: mouse
