Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, intact (TSHintact) (APC)

May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.

Recognizes intact human TSH. Reacts with TSH through the alpha subunit/hinge region. Does not react with free beta subunit. Has limited reactivity to free alpha subunit. Cross-reactivity: TSH:100%; hCG: 0.0%; LH: 0.0%; FSH: 0.0%.
