For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. APC is light sensitive.

Specificity

Recognizes cytokeratin 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, and 18. Species Crossreactivity: human, bovine, rat, mouse, guinea pig, frog, goat, marmoset, and porcine Cytokeratin. Others not known.
