It inhibits BMP2-induced cell differentiation by blocking the binding of BMP2 to BMPR1B, thereby preventing BMP-dependent activation of SMAD proteins. ASPN Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived ASPN protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
